I’ve been making equipment boards for over a decade upon special request and have finally decided to make them available for online ordering!

This is not your Grandpa’s equipment board.  Mine are made from 1/2″ black expanded PVC which is lightweight but offers enough rigidity and is easy to clean.  I professionally machine all of my products in-house and these equipment boards offer you the most flexibility available.  In addition to heavy duty screws, I also incorporate solvent welding – these are literally the best equipment boards on the market.  Customized options available upon request.

I recommend attaching most equipment with heavy duty Command strips which you can buy on Amazon here.

Large:
Outside: 16″ wide x 24″ tall x 4.75″ deep

My products are made to order, custom! Please allow up to 10 business days for fabrication time for most products. Because my products are made to order, fulfillment time can rarely take longer. Full custom orders can take up to four weeks to complete. Please let me know ahead of time if this may be an issue. Shipping prices listed are to the contiguous U.S. Please contact me if you live elsewhere and want a shipping quote. Because my products are handmade and/or hand assembled, there may be small irregularities (fingerprints, marring, hair, etc) which will not effect the performance of your product.

Plastics are fragile which can break and scratch easily. Always handle with care. Surface can be cleaned with a very diluted soapy water mixture and a soft microfiber cloth.

This product is warranted to be free of defects for the lifetime of the product. We will, at my discretion, repair or replace your product at no charge during this period (See the Warranty page for more info.)

 

Installation:

1. Please your equipment board where you’d like it installed.  Use the black screw with the top, center hole.

2. Use a level to ensure the equipment board is level.

3. Using a pen or pencil, mark inside the two outer holes.

4. Unscrew the black screw and remove the equipment board.

5. Using a 3/16″ drill bit, drill on the marks you made and insert the drywall anchors.

6. Place the equipment board back onto your surface and use the silver screws.

7. If necessary you can also install drywall anchors and screws in the bottom holes.
